Wholesale Terms & Conditions
All wholesale accounts and use of Christys' London's trade services are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing a wholesale order with Christys' London, you confirm your agreement to these terms in full.
Account Applications
All wholesale accounts must be approved by Christys' London prior to the placement of any order. Christys' London reserves the right to decline any wholesale application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reason. Approved accounts are non-transferable and relate solely to the entity named at the point of registration.
Orders
All orders must be submitted in writing, either via your designated account manager or through the approved trade portal. Christys' London reserves the right to refuse or amend any order that cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, pricing discrepancies, or account standing. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of written acknowledgement from Christys' London.
Minimum order quantities may apply and will be communicated at the time of account approval or upon request.
Pricing
All wholesale prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Christys' London reserves the right to amend its wholesale price list at any time. Updated pricing will be communicated to approved accounts with reasonable notice prior to taking effect. Prices confirmed at the point of order acknowledgement will be honoured for that order.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full prior to despatch. Christys' London may, at its discretion, extend credit terms to approved accounts. Where credit terms have been agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Christys' London reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time and without notice.
Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Delivery
Christys' London will endeavour to despatch orders within the timeframe confirmed at the point of order. Delivery dates are estimates only and Christys' London accepts no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Delivery charges will be applied to all wholesale orders unless a minimum order threshold has been met, as communicated by your account manager. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon despatch.
Returns & Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed, except at the discretion of Christys' London. Returns will only be accepted where goods are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied. All claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, with supporting documentation provided where requested.
Returns of non-faulty goods are not accepted. Christys' London does not offer sale or return arrangements unless expressly agreed in writing prior to the order being placed.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, trade names, imagery, and brand assets associated with Christys' London remain the sole property of Christys' London. Wholesale partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use approved brand materials solely for the purpose of selling Christys' London products through agreed channels. Any use of Christys' London branding outside of this scope requires prior written consent.
Resale & Distribution
Wholesale accounts are approved for sale through specific channels as agreed at the time of account registration. Resale through unapproved channels, including online marketplaces not expressly authorised by Christys' London, is strictly prohibited. Christys' London reserves the right to terminate any account found to be in breach of this condition.
Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, product information, and any materials shared by Christys' London in the course of the trading relationship are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Christys' London shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the supply or use of its products. In all cases, liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied under the order in question.
Termination
Christys' London reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at its discretion, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct deemed inconsistent with the values and reputation of the brand.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
