Hat Filler Inserts Set of Four

A well-fitted hat should require no adjustment. Christys' Hat Filler Inserts are a discreet, practical solution for achieving a closer, more secure fit — whether a hat has stretched slightly with wear, or a size simply runs generous.

Each insert is cut from a soft foam and sits flush against the interior sweatband, reducing the inner circumference evenly without distorting the crown or altering the hat's silhouette. Comfortable against the head and invisible once in place, they make a considered fit accessible without alteration.

For temporary use — on a blustery day, in the saddle, or during sport — simply leave the white paper backing in place. This preserves the adhesive, allowing the insert to be repositioned or removed cleanly as needed. For a lasting adjustment, peel the backing and press firmly into the sweatband.

Supplied as a pack of four, they are compatible with all Christys' hats and caps and can be used individually or layered to achieve the right degree of reduction.
